There’s no greater test of adversity than growing up a diehard Cincinnati sports fan. It was that same blind hope and perseverance that propelled Sam through the fine art program at Dayton.

Since then, he’s sharpened his pencil on everything from cars to casinos. Not to mention an extensive Pharma and Med Device portfolio.

Though a proud Ohioan for life, Sam now lives in Florida with his wife Lauren. If he’s not traveling, baking or concert going, you can probably find him on the tee box.

Being the oldest of 9 kids can have a profound impact on a person. For John, it led to an abundance of stories. A writer is nothing without inspired characters.

John studied strategic communication at Mizzou’s journalism school, further honing his storytelling ability in the name of a good ad.

As a hired pen, he’s worked on SC Johnson, Sonic Drive-Ins, Amtrak and his mom’s emails (she can be a bit loquacious at times). But without her words, John wouldn’t be here today. Thanks, Mom.
